Abstract
Marta Acevedo passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the age of 84. A pioneer of the feminist movement in Mexico, she was a cultural manager, radio producer, and editor, driving essential projects for the educational sector of this country. As a collaborator and member of the editorial committee during the first period of Debate Feminista, she supported this endeavor from the very beginning. From these pages, we remember her and celebrate her life, her enduring brilliance, and her revolutionary vocation.
